Questpaw made her way throught the field that, at the end of the territory would be the catnip that she was restocking it for Leaf-fall. Though she was not alone. Right behind her came Featherleaf. "We're almost there, Featherleaf, just a few more fox lenghts. As they walked on toward the border they shared with StormClan they came across a healthy field of the fabulous herb.
Featherleaf stared in aw as she saw the vast majority of the precious herb. "Wow, I never knew that it grew this much."
Questpaw just smiled. " I take time out of the day to take care of them, I always come here to replant and water them. It took a while, most of New-leaf to get it going."

Stoneheart was creeping throught the undergrowth on Stormclan's side of the border. She sniffed the air, careful not to make a sound. There were two scents up ahead, two cat scents among the catnip. Careful not to be seen, she crept closer to see who she was dealing with. "Perfect," she purred under her breath when she caught a glimpse of Featherleaf. And the younger gray cat took her ome time to recognize, but then she remembered seeing her at the gathering before. If she and Northstorm killed them both, Featherclan would meet leaf bare with one warrior and medicine cat apprentice less. And if they dumped them in the river, Featherclan wouldn't have any reason to go after Stormclan.

Northstorm slipped next to Stoneheart, He looked across the field as he saw his sister and the medicine cat apprentice with her. He flicked his tail in annoyance. He studied the small cat's body. She seemed strong, slick and fast with her unusually long legs for a FeatherClan cat. He looked at Stoneheart and shook his head in disagreeing of the attack plan. With only Featherleaf, they can take on with out any warning of her clan. But with two cats one would likely get away and tell the clan.
Questpaw looked over her catnip. "We can pick some then head back to camp. It's getting late." That was part of it. She had this sensation in her paws that they needed to go and soon. It was like if some one with dark minds were to appear out of no where.
Featherleaf nodded. "What ever you say."

Stoneheart hissed soundlessly, but gave Northstorm an understanding look. She would have loved to shred Featherleaf's ears at least, but she understood how dangerous it was now that she took a closer look at the apprentice. She couldn't be that far away from getting her full name by the looks of it. Stoneheart's hope rose when the two Featherclan cats seemed to start leaving. She looked at Northstorm, smiling happily.

Questpaw and Featherleaf picked their piles and, where about to leave.
"should we leave now?" Featherleaf's stomach was growling, the last time she ate was when she woke up.
Questpaw purred in amusement. "Well I did need to get a few more herbs. But I can get them by myself. You go on and go back." Though she did have the strange feeling of the darkness around her she had to get some more herbs. Owltalon needs them as soon as possible before Leaf- bare starts.
Featherleaf nodded and went on.
Questpaw turned back to her catnip. She should give some to the other med cats. It's not fair to keep such a vast majority. But what would the other clans take it as. She shrugged it off, she'll have to ask her mentor before going on with it.
Northstorm's ears pricked as he watched his sister leave. He clawed the ground in frustration. But then he shifted his eyes to the apprentice. He needed to get his claws on some fur and blood. This apprentice would do but what about her speed. Once again he registered the kits legs. 'fast, lean, and witty' was his thoughts.

Stoneheart watched as the two Featherclan cats started to leave, but when Questpaw decided to stay behind she wasn't too unhappy. One apprentice wouldn't be much of a problem for two experienced warriors. She glanced at Northstorm with a questioning look, asking him if he wanted to attack. Then she made a circling motion with her paw, showing that she could get behind the apprentice and drive her to him if he wanted to, and looking at Questpaw as if she were a piece of prey.

Northstorm nodded in agreement, he could finish this apprentice off. No one would know who did it. FeatherClan would be helpless without a medicine cat apprentice. He looked around at the scenery. Then his eyes lit up with a sudden thought. The last cat FeatherClan would know who was with Questpaw would be Featherleaf. She would get blamed for it. He smirked. He then motioned Stoneheart to her position.

Stoneheart stalked through the bushes with soundless steps until she had gotten all around the Featherclan apprentice. She eyed the scenery quickly, making sure she knew everey escape route around. There was no way the smaller cat would outrun her. She waved her long tail like a flag to give Northstorm a signal, then she sprang forward with a hiss and barred fangs, trying to herd Questpaw to the bushes on the other side. "Come on, kit!" she taunted, trying to distract her from the danger up ahead. "Fight me like a warrior, if you dare." Her voice was soft with an ice cold mocking tone, which was reflected in her eyes aswell.

Questpaw heard the bushes rustle then a vicious hiss. She quickly turned around her back arched with her fur bristling in terror. There she was, Stoneheart, a StormClan warrior. She was backing away looking for a way out of the field. She decided to turn left, toward FeatherClan camp. She heard the taunt in her voice, there was no way she would turn and fight. Medicine Cats weren't trained to fight. "No thanks!" she mewed in a shakey tone.

Stoneheart watched Questpaw make her move, just the way she had expected her to. "Yeah," Stoneheart meowed, still taunting the youger cat and taking a step sideways to block her path. "You're too predictable to fight like one of us, aren't you?" She lashed out with a front paw, merely trying to scare and confuse her "prey". "Show your claws if you have any," she snarled, trying to drive her backwards again. "A squirrel could put up a better fight than you."
